Order not delivered

I've ordered a router and sim from Rain on the 19th of April, till this day I have not received my products - I've contacted support on numerous occasions and all they say is that they've escalated the problem.

I haven't received any communication from anyone - pathetic service from rain. I'm not interested in making use of their products after such pathetic service all I expect is a refund.
