Order not delivered

Rain captured my ID number incorrectly, and I was told they would request for a refund on the 25th of October 2021. I have been taken from pillar to post and no one is saying anything now about the refund, there always stories. Most useless call centre agent with not much knowledge of their products. Still waiting for my money or the sim and router.
