False advertising from rain. I made an order on the 1st of August 2023. Until today I still haven't received my order, I never received any communication from them advising of what causing this delay. I called them on Monday they said they were escalating the issue. I then made a follow up call again the Tuesday on 15 August 2023 after back and forth with their agents refusing to transfer my call to their superior, lying that they are in a meeting since morning. I refused to drop the call on my 3rd phone call I made, eventually a supervisor named Rose Mokoena took my call, to my surprise she suggested that I must collect it myself in Greenpoint after 15 days of waiting. When I refused to do that she **** to say she will send an email and call me back, until now I still haven't received a call from her.
