Order delayed - support and delivery team not helpful

I ordered a sim and router on the 11th of Jan and was given a 3-5 working days waiting time. It’s the 7th working day with no success. Calls to the support team have led to empty promises to call back. I’ve had to keep postponing my travel plans this entire week.
