Option change
In Feb, I decided to downgraded from Unlimited Home Standard 5G internet (R699) to Unlimited Home 5G basic internet (R499) but it seems like my option wasn't changed for the past months. Can someone please resolve this issue for so I can pay R499 for my internet?

Now I have to pay my April fee end of May? I don't want that to happen anymore, I need to pay for my internet every 25th of that month not the coming month. Please fix things from your side and stop confusing me because me. It's Rain's mistake, fix it!
