Operation in bad faith

Initially, I took a month-to-month contract under the understanding that it would stop when I no longer used the account. However, this was not the case. Consequently, I was referred to EASTON BERRY INCORPORATE (REF RN***) and paid the full amount of R1057.09.

Rain has informed me that only R800 from my payment has been allocated, and despite sending proof of payment for the full amount, the issue remains unresolved.
