Onother Waste of time Rain Complaint
Poor pathetic and useless. This is Rains new Logo Finally get decent up and download speeds. WOW But no internet access. Even rain app tells me that my username and password is incorrect. One Day Only unable to load, no web pages load.
KEEP UP THE GREAT SERVICE RAIN. YOU MAKE SOUTH ARICANS PROUD

This seems to be Rains only response and that where it ends.
When are you actually going to do something positive to sort this out?

Kindly accept my apology for the inconvenience caused.
Please note that i will check what might be the issue. I have detached the sim card please switch off the device for 10 min and remove the sim card too.
