Online RICA problem
Hi. I picked up a sim from Clicks/Pargo. I began to activate my sim and am having issues with the RICA online process. I'm stuck at the last step which is the live face recognition step. It keeps on saying please wait and nothing happens thereafter. I therefore can't RICA my sim online. I've chosen the 4G unlimited plan 24/7 for R479. I've made payment and created my account. I can't contact support online because it asks me to choose a code which I don't have. Please assist me to RICA my sim. Thanks.
