ONLINE RICA - Pathetic support
Pathetic support from RAIN. 23 days later, they are unable to assist me with an ONLINE RICA query. I've provided all the necessary info and every time I follow up, it's almost like i have to start from scratch. This is unbelievable. It does sound like they are interested in resolving this.
