Online buying of RAIN a ****!!

I've ordered a RAIN simcard online through takealot and received it within 2 days, on the 23rd of November 2020 I went into the RAIN website to activate my sim, payment of R479 went off and then I had to upload my I'd and proof of residence, my I'd was accepted but proof of residence was declined. I logged a complaint and received a email back that someone will be in contact with me. I am not getting any response or feedback from anyone working for RAIN. I called the number they provide online yesterday to cancel the order which I paid for already and the lady over the phone assured me that she will log another complaint for someone to get in touch with me. Once again no one has gotten in touch with me as yet. People should be very careful of buying RAIN online if there is no store in your area because like me you will end up losing R479 and there are no way on their online store to cancel the application. I am very disappointed in RAIN and will not recommend the service.
