ONISHA !!

I AM EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED WITH THE SERVICE I’VE RECEIVED FROM A RAIN CONSULTANT ONISHA ! After trying to explain to her multiple times that I’ve been trying to cancel my subscription since February she kept on speaking to me as if I’m illiterate and explaining the same process over and over. RAIN has been billing me since March for WiFi I’ve tried to cancel , coursing multiple bounced debit orders , costing me bank chargers of over R200 !!!

THE WORST SERVICE EVER ! YOUR NETWORK IS **** ! YOUR CONSULTATION IS **** AND RUDE AS HELL !
