ONGOING "NO INTERNET" CONNECTION WITHOUT HELP

It's exactly been 7 days without any internet connection or service from Rain. It's extremely ridiculous that I have to resort to spending money buying data elsewhere so I can work, whereas I'll STILL be debited for non-existent service at the end of the month. They have ignored all communication I've made in the last 5 days, with the promise of "hang tight." There's nothing to hang on tight to with my money. This is highly frustrating and very much unacceptable. What kind of service is this?!
