Ongoing Network Instability and Poor Communication from rain

I am writing this complaint out of ongoing frustration with rain’s unstable network service and the poor communication surrounding recurring outages.

For the past several days — and especially over the last week the network has been extremely unreliable, constantly going on and off. Streaming at night has become almost impossible, despite the fact that we continue paying for the service every month in full and on time.

What has made this situation even more frustrating is the contradictory information being provided by support: • First we were told there was tower maintenance • Then we were told there was no maintenance • Then support blamed an “out of bundle” issue on a completely different inactive SIM that is not even being used • After that, they began troubleshooting the wrong service entirely

Meanwhile, the actual active unlimited SIM/service continues experiencing severe instability.

This issue is not just an inconvenience anymore. I also use rain for business and rely heavily on stable internet connectivity for work, customer orders, and communication. The ongoing outages are directly affecting my ability to earn an income and run my business properly.

I understand that technical faults can happen, but customers deserve: • Honest and consistent communication • Proper technical support • Accurate updates • Reliable service for the money we pay

Instead, we are repeatedly receiving generic scripted responses while the service remains unstable.
