Ongoing connection issue

In the history of worst customer service, rain takes the cup. Our tower has been down for the past 3 days and their call centre agents have no idea what is going on. I eventually drove to their contact centre on Wednesday and they sent a technician to my house who also confirmed when he got to my house that he can't do anything because our tower is down. When I call their call centre I get no joy. They drop the phone in your ear and they keep saying my tower could be down due to load shedding. What load shedding is this that lasts 3 days? And we don't even have load shedding in our area. Some agents keep telling me the system shows connection. Why would I keep calling if I have connection? Fix this and if you can't fix it please cancel my subscription
