One star is over reaching to say the least..

One star is way to much. But sadly you can not rate without it. WORST service ever. I have no internet connection for a week now. I have logged numerous calls and mails daily. To the point where it might be considered stalking. I have begged i have pleaded. I have yelled and i have cried.... Sure they will tell you they will "escelate" it, just a pity its escelated to the same place where lost socks go... bermuda. No one gets back to you. No one assist you and most importantly no one cares. Every call is groubdhog day.. stuck in a loop not getting anywhere. I would not recommend that anyone give their money or time to this *service provider*. The relationship is pretty much one sided.
