One month and 5 negative reviews later

Dear diary,

It has been almost another 2 weeks since my last negative review on Hellopeter (this brings the total to 5 negative reviews) and there has still been no resolution to my complaint. I truly believe that Rain is one of, if not the worst internet service providers I have ever had the displeasure of dealing with. I would STRONGLY recommend that if you are reading this and are considering signing up for any of their offerings to look elsewhere!

PS I am going to predict the response to this review will once again be a generic macro response from zendesk:
