Before signing up for rain I found so many bad reviews however, my experience with them was phenomenal, 1stly the sales agent Bhekiswa Msomi is an asset to RAIN as this guy provide exceptional customer service, holding my hand step by step, once the product was promptly received I wasn't sure how to activate it and emailed him, the agent again, took his time and helped me every step of the way.

Today 23.06.2021 I received a courtesy call to check up on me and this I found to be the most wonderful thing as other companies do not do this.
