Once again I had a problem with rain

Once again I had a problem with rain. I've got all evidence.having problems with rain wifi once again as you know my previous complaints. They really not professional in how they handling customers account. My debit on my account is set for the 1st off every month. Once again as per proof they just took my money out of my account on the 21st of December 2023 while it was scheduled for the 1st of Jan. I'm really not happy and like rain to give me a call on this matter.as always now they switched my wifi off once again.😡😡RAIN please call me on ***
