Once a FAN! NOW ASHAMED.
The unlimited 4g 24/7 deal is a COMPLETE RIPOFF! , I have been a loyal customer for more than a year and encouraged friends and family to join. I upgraded to 24/7 package a month now and encouraged my peeps to do the same, Oh RAIN! HOW YOU'VE SHAMED ME... I have screenshots of numerous speed test performed, none of them reached close to 1mb, best speeds achieved on this plan is 768kb.. what a laugh>:( I am canceling all 3 sims and I am seeking my refund. Which I did 5 days ago, to no avail! RAIN please call me as your support team is NON EXISTENT. Urgently
