On the first of June I was Dubble debited by Rain

On the first of June I was Dubble debited by Rain. They compensated me by taking that payment for July months payment. But on the 1st of July it happened again. Now I am battling to get the refund from them. After numerous consultants that I spoken to each with there own excuse. I am still not near getting the refund. This really bad service for a loyal client of 3 years.
