On the 28th of June I called Rain to cancel my new order I took on the 27th of June

On the 28th of June I called Rain to cancel my new order I took on the 27th of June. I cancelled because I got a better offer with my previous provider. I was helped by Lunga M who sent me an email confirming that he escalated my query to the relevant department, ***. He had a good working ethic, pleasant to speak to. To date I've not received correspondence to this regard. Rain support email is not working. I cancelled as soon as possible avoiding to be told I cancelled late. I've not collected my new order as I've cancelled it.
