On the, 26th October I was debited R991

On the, 26th October I was debited R991.00 and my monthly debit is R559.00 then because I had asked to change my debit date to the 1St of each month, today I got debited R1050 and when I asked for what no-one could explain this is 5days after being debited R991 .
