I have rain for so long 3 years the 1st year everything was good services network everything form last year 2022 my account date was changed without me knowing just every month on the 25th I see no services, your services disconnected due to payment I call in it was told my rude unprofessional agents make payment well after my struggle with such service me I make payment then I spoke to a nice professional Team Manager that told me make payment 1for the current month an then another payment as an advance payment an date will be changed to my salary date the 1st which I did service worked well again the after months to this current year again I get a WhatsApp message from Rain debit order failed but no bankings details was provided firstly an again my services off I call in a rude , horrible Team Manager female said we'll I must just make payment speak over a person I left an made another payment on the 27th again the 1st services down no payment I call in the agent tells me no madam I see you payment on the 27th but another payment U must make I left an made another payment like I was wrong to them for the 2rd time I fixed there mistakes how many times must a person fixed there mistakes I call out of my pocket my airtime still after the 2 payment no services I call in an just receives reference numbers I have in total 8 references numbers not problem resolved The area I stay in have no other WiFi which leaves me to used them Rain is a total ******* an the most worst agents with managers to deal with they don't act up to there wrong doings as a customer a person must just do what they say horrible company with employees.i will never recommend no one to used Rain the most worst people to deal with
