On-Going Router Issues
I've been logging calls and emails since 31 July regarding my router that keeps switching itself on and off. Repeatedly. ALL DAY LONG. Every time I get told 3-5 working days to sort the issue out. Just how many of your 3-5 working days periods do I have to sit through to get this issue sorted. It's been a month already.

08 Sept 2023, 14:45Today is the 8th. My initial query went in 31 July. Only after complaining here was there any type of traction on my query. CCD couriers emailed me at the beginning of the week to schedule a delivery that was then scheduled for today. No delivery. Called them - they say they are still waiting to receive the router. The general apathy from Rain as a service provider is shocking. The days of my praising your service and coverage are over. I assure you that as a service provider myself, if I followed your general work ethic, I would be fired!
