On 5 September 2023 I was helped by Mayur Gwali regarding a lost sim card,I wanted to get a new sim card instead I got prepaid top up of 2 gig of which I don't want.i am fine with with the 2 gig I receive monthly,I only want new sim card because I lost the other 1.when I call nobody picks up!this is absolutely unacceptable Rain.i am not a happy client at all.
