On 27 July I lost my Sim card

On 27 July I lost my Sim card. I submitted request on your app for Sim swap 3 request on 28,29 and 30th, by 31st . I didn't pay for new month of August because I had no Sim card and would be paying g for nothing. On 10th I sent DM on you Twitter by 15th someone called me and asked me to pay, I paid on 15th and I was told my Sim card would be with me in 4 days. This is 15 days later and I still have no Sim and have paid R319 for month of August for a service I did not receive. I got contract with axxess and my slsent in 3 days. Rain is a ****!!
