On 07/11/24 at 14:11, I experienced disappointing service from a Rain agent who spoke Xhosa, unfortunately, I couldn't note her name. She was unprofessional and terminated the call without resolving my issue. However, the next day, I received exemplary service from Nosiphiwo (Reference Number: ***2), who demonstrated exceptional dignity, patience, and respect.
