Oh No - Why did I not read the reviews first!
Literally just signed up 5min ago, processed transaction and came here. What a school boy mistake indeed. The red flag probably was how easy it was to signup and pay.
I def would not have signed up with these reviews but looks like I’m in it to win it for now.
Will update review once I know more, crossing my fingers

Just received my home delivered SIM card from friendly, efficient staff. Well done
Step 1 - Application and Payment - Pass
Step 2 - Delivery and Fica - Pass
Step 3 - Activation and a connectivity - To be Determined.
They said activation should take about 2hours, so not bad as well.
If u could give another star now I would.

29 Jul 2020, 14:42Step3 Update- After receiving sim, activation was done within 2hrs and was able to set up seamlessly.
However.....connectivity and consistency is an issue. After using their 4g for a full work week and two weekends, I think saying you get speeds up to 10mbs is a misrepresentation. I tried their optimizer functionality, different routers, moved to all sort of home locations, and at best I had 1mbs and the average for the week was at 0.4mbs. Having more than 1 device linked is an immediate stall, so not great. Even though the frustration is less every time connection fails, as you don’t have to worry about losing data every time you have to reload or restart and activity.
With that being said, unfortunately this is not a full home/work solution and I was still forced to buy data from vodacom at exorbitant prices just to see it disappear faster than you can breath.
If rain improves their connectivity, then we will have a far better option available than the current big networks.
This will unfortunately be a 1month relationship and will be cancelling subscription this week.
Will provide an update on how that goes.
