Offline too many times

Rain is totally dishonest to take full monthly payments from us. They hardly online and guaranteed to be offline at the most important times of the day. The network for the past month was horrible. Even today they not online for hours. Fix you network and refund your client for being offline so many times. It only arrogant that make you still taking full payments. You should be ashame of yourself.
