Offline for 4 days!!

I’ve been offline for four days now. Emails not answered, what’s happening. I’m spending more now on data, my kids have to do their school work. This is ridiculous, we’re paying for this service! The least we could get is an update on what’s happening! Do better Rain, your service is always terrible
