Offline for 3 days and still counting (Rain dead)
Been offline for 36 hours, still offline whilst typing this. Rain is nonsense. We technically paying R700-R1000 monthly for 1mbps. Everyday rain has never matched speeds they claim they reach, the only thing they good at is poor service delivery period.

30 Oct 2021, 14:56For more information, what you guys call less than 5mbps a solution. I spend most of my time gaming, Slow connection and a restricted APN, how bad can it be. Now this , I wonder if I resided in Sandton, would I still have experienced such poor service. You guys have lost a loyal customer. Your speeds are disappointing, lowest of my whole life’s experience.
