Offline for 3 days

I’m paying R699 for uncapped... the router has been searching for signal for the past 3 days... it worked for an hour or so this morning.... then we got back to square 1. I have not had too many complaints in the past even when it get excruciatingly slow as I know there will be those sort of fluctuations... but 3 days offline when I’m expected to pay full price at the end of the month feels like ****************.
