Offline AGAIN, Weekly reoccurring now

Rain your services are down again! This is becoming a weekly problem and is costing me weekly on income. This is not acceptable! Rain is very quick to take monthly fees but can't offer a good service. And why do I always have to complain on Hello Peter before Rain will even respond to messages. I am seriously becoming sick and tired of this and hope more Rain users see this and wouldn't mind taking further action. Why are we offline again?
