31 Oct 2022, 10:53According to Hosting service providers like HostAfrica & AfriHost; RAIN does not route traffic to any secure platform such as CPANEL & WHM. This means that web developers and people serious about their internet will find RAIN useless.
This is a quote from the senior support at one of SA's most prominent hosts:
"Contact rain, they don't route this traffic and they are aware of this without displaying this information publicly"
Contacting Rain Support is simply an impossible task. I can just as well contact Eskom.

Sadly...she is completely unskilled. Rain Support centre only answers calls & promises that a technician would get in touch...they cannot even indicate how many "days" it would be for a technician to get in touch.
