Odd business

Odd business. The app customer service doesn't work. I keep making a request and either no answer or it gives me a reference number that when I call in doesn't exist. Call center slow to answer and all they seem they can do is escalate the request and promise a call-back that doesn't happen. Gonna just go to a walk in center.
