Observing the network after my complain fryday

So i was contacted by rain after my complain fryday....

She asked me to observe the network for the weekend and leave another review..... I descided to stop observung before i loose my mind cause not only after the phone call did the network go off it went off during the mornings this past weekend duri g the afternoon and this week it been going off after 8pm as i said in my previous complain.... today takes the cake i was home the whole day..... it went of 6 times!!!! And i bet you tonight this will happen again. Im taking this further cause rain is really not working for us!!! Please dont bother calling after this review cause im fed up... fix your network ill be speaking to your ceo next cause i gave you almost a week to see how terrible the network is
