Numerous Complaints

This is about the third time I've had to come here to get some sort of help with my wifi connection. From a 60mb/s line dropping to low 10s, even 3mb/s on most occasions. My pleading goes unanswered when dealing with customer support and i even got the phone put down in my ear.
