Nuisance Service!

Wow so every weekend my router shows a "No Service" notification from 18:00 until 23:00 or later.. I tried to contact them via email and I got no response. I'm very disappointed because I even upgraded from the 19hr plan to the 24/7 plan. Now I'm going to pay more for *******! Oh and their customer service really is Cr*p!
