NOW RAIN HAS ****ED ME OFF FOR THE LAST TIME

Hi it just never stops with this company. NOW I HAVE HAD ENOUGH AFTER I GET MY MONEY BACK I AM CANCELLING THIS SERVICE. I was debited on the 26th of March 2022 and then I get debited today again 1st of April 2022. Now I have to send emails and wait 3 Days to 5 Days for my bank to reverse these funds this the worst company ever. I will rather pay more and get service

I have heard that one before and I wish I could send you a pic of how my outside unit was just strapped to my burglar bars with a pole next to where you go to enter my place

How does your payments work if I have been paying upfront it's not a contract of I don't pay I don't have internet so how can you say I am paying for the month that has past doesn't make sense

This is not tight I pay up front not back pay I have all my statements and I am going to take this further. I am going to go further with this it is costing me money

Must I explan how your service works I pay and then you give me internet. I know how NCR and Credit bureau work I have my own business. So I am going to take this further if my money is not reversed today

Well then you need to check your system and why must I argue with you. How can you debit a month before the time you just told me it would have been the 26th so how can you take it the 1st it should have been the 1st of next month. I can't help it your app and system is not set up right
