Nothing worse than Rain

If I had my way I would just cancel this **** service. Bongani and Thurston has not returned my calls or resolved my issues I'm not configuring the router again because the fault has to be with Rain no matter what I do I'm still not connected almost 5 hours later. This is pathetic Your service is Atrocious. A waste of time and money.
