Nothing premium about rain’s 5G premium package.

The whole point of getting a premium package is so that you don’t have to get sub-standard service.

I have been calling rain patiently and understood that the actual rain had affected their towers, but when I called again I was told that the towers were back online and a technician will call me and nothing yet.

But the bill will be due for no services rendered. Truly pathetic at managing expectations and handling clients. Working from home and as the week starts I got to spend more money on internet. They are COMPLETELY UNRELIABLE.
