Nothing but cricket noises
Seriously, where do I even start with Rain? Their customer service is a joke. My router's been busted since way back in March, and despite me practically begging for help multiple times, zilch. Nada. Not a single peep from these guys.
I even cancelled my subscription (thank goodness!), but guess what? They're still taking money out of my account.
Trying to get customer service from Rain is like trying to catch smoke. It's been a complete waste of my time and honestly, super frustrating.
