Not worth your money

**** poor service!

Every evening our connection drops, every evening I log a complaint. Their so called network specialist (Arin) has no clue what he is doing. In fact I dont think anyone of them has a clue what customer service means.

They are always working on the issue or escalating it but no one ever phones to follow up, everything is chat of automated and outsourced to another country. But if you miss a payment they are quick to phone.

I would be ashamed to provide a service this poor to paying customers.

Word of advice Rain, quit while ahead. You don't deserve our business
