Not worth it
The WIFI router hasn't been working for 2 days! I tried calling and emailing, no response from rain. Holding on the phone both times for more than 10 minutes! Email returns with NOT WORKING notice, and their website is as useless! I lost business yesterday and today! I am ready to cancel the order, but I can't get hold of anyone, in the meantime my business is falling apart!

It is not working.
Reset not working - still no internet
The only thing that worked is Rain is paid and my business is falling apart on a month end!
Can I cancel this order please, try another ISP? Can I get assistance with cancelation?
