Not working n charged twice

I bought a sim they made me pay before I Rica'ed the sim. Sim was unable 2 rica. Gave them a 2nd sim I was able 2 rica. Means I have paid 4 to sims 4 one purpose. Sim has no internet connection even today R900+ lost with no benefit. Logged calls no assistance from call centre
