Not using wifi yet still paying for it.

Last month I paid in installment and was due to pay R350 (cant rem the amount) and I was surprised to see that now I am owing R955 even though Rain took the tower and I am not using the wifi anymore . This is unbelievable seeing that its R800 per month for the wifi. I havent use the internet since middle of April 2022.
