Not to great of upgrade options

I am experiencing so much network issues now lately on the currently plan I’m on I’m even willing to upgrade to the rain 101 plans to try and get better network, I’m only restricted from that coz I have to cancel my current plan and then activate a new plan that will make me pay subscription twice in one month, how better can this be done without me facing any disconnection
