NOT TO BE TRUSTED

Similar problem to that of another costumer. Promises made to deliver Rain product within 3-5 working days (also clearly stated on their website) expecting delivery on Friday, 27 October. Courier service informed me delivery may only be on Wednesday, 1 November. Contacted Rain support services (useless) and spoke to 4 x different agents, each with the same story that the the request for Friday delivery is escalated for approval. I requested to speak to a manager, but (as expected) was busy with another call. Requested a call back by a manager (5 hours since call) and still waiting for both a manger to call me and/or my Rain product to reach me. Here is how it is: If you are unable to provide a specific service DO NOT SELL IT TO CUSTOMERS. As new and past costumer you have proved yourself early on NOT TO BE TRUSTED. I do not recommend this company. Already spoke to other service providers which did more in less time than RAIN.
