Not satsfied

I have been trying to reach out to rain, their network is not working and it makes my life difficult as i am working from home. I have log three calls without any feedback back, their service is very poor and also customer service. I want to cancel it as it not meeting my needs. I am paying for service which I am not hppy at all about. I end up paying for other service provider while this one is still active. This is **** service , they must just pay my money
