Not satisfied

This is the first time I receive such a bad service from rain. Been using rain since last year and their network has gotten better overtime resulting in me never skipping a payment, But this month I don't what's happening I usually pay via the Internet but this month they took the money from the account but still cut my services telling me that the money they took from my account was an outstanding balance for May but I told them I have never skipped a month. I have even sent my three months bank statement I'm really not satisfied
